Who needs to register?

If any of the following points apply to you, you need to register in advance:

  • I/we plan to attend Church Growth Seminar (Friday, August 20th).
  • I/we plan to stay overnight on the campground; lodging fee applies.
  • I/we plan to stay for meals.

Does it cost to attend?

Kingdom Fellowship Weekend and the Church Growth Seminar operate on free-will donations and do not require a fee for daytime attendance. Opportunity will be given to contribute financially through freewill offerings towards the rental of the campground, food costs, and a love gift for the speakers.

Overnight lodging at the Roxbury Holiness Camp is available for a fee (for the lodging fees, see below). Payment is to be made upon arrival at Check-in. You may pay with cash, personal check, or credit/debit card.


Registration without lodging

Registration is open. To register, you will need to provide the following information:

  • name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • whether you’ll be attending Church Growth Seminar

If you do not need lodging, the rest of this page does not pertain to you.


Registration with lodging

Registration is open. Accommodations are limited – please register as soon as possible. Your lodging preference is not guaranteed; final placement is subject to review and in some cases reassignment.

To register, you will need to provide the following information:

  • name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • which preferred lodging arrangement (see below)
  • which nights you’ll be staying
  • age and gender of each person
  • whether you’ll be attending Church Growth Seminar

Types of lodging and costs

Lodging is offered Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Costs of lodging depends on the type of lodging you choose:

Best for singles

Dorm

  • excellent option for singles; shared restrooms
  • no linens or towels provided; no room service
  • not handicap accessible
  • short walk to any part of the campground
  • Pricing: $ 20 per person per night

Tent site

Best for families

Byers Conference Center

  • motel-like accommodations; private restrooms; air-conditioning
  • bed linens and towels are provided; no room service
  • handicap accessible
  • ½ mile walk/drive to the main events
  • Pricing: $ 70 per registration per night,
    plus $ 12 per person per night
    infants ages 0-2 are free

Legacy Retreat Center

  • motel-like accommodations; private restrooms
  • no linens or towels provided; no room service
  • handicap accessible
  • ½ mile walk/drive to the main events
  • Pricing: $ 50 per registration per night,
    plus $ 12 per person per night
    infants ages 0-2 are free

Multi-family Cabin

  • great for families
  • no linens or towels provided; no room service
  • some with air-conditioning
  • not handicap accessible
  • small families will share a larger cabin with others to utilize as much space as possible (for private restrooms and living space, consider Byers Conference Center or Legacy Retreat Center)
  • short walk to any part of the campground
  • Pricing: $ 30 per registration per night,
    plus $ 12 per person per night
    infants ages 0-2 are free

Family dorm block

  • accommodates up to six people
  • public restrooms and showers next door
  • no linens or towels provided; no room service
  • not handicap accessible
  • short walk to any part of the campground
  • Pricing: $ 35 per registration per night

RV site

Strength to Strength logo

Strength to Strength is a weekly, virtual, live meeting by video (Zoom) or by audio (phone).

All are welcome to join and participate; the meeting is led by an invited guest. We host speakers who are supportive of a Christ-centered, Kingdom-focused, Scripture-based way of life, specifically as modeled by the Anabaptist tradition.

The purpose of Strength to Strength is to advance Jesus’ kingdom by tackling thought-provoking topics, by stimulating candid discussions, and by sharing faith-building testimonies.
